- Entry into the ASHER 360 safety culture

School Ranger Qualification
Tactical Readiness & Cultural Leadership
Awarded to: Vetted veterans placed in dual-role safety positions.
Prerequisites:
- Military veteran
- Background and psychological vetting
- School Marshal Certification
Requirements:
- Completion of ASHER 360 Qualification
- Completion of Tactical Training
Roles:
- School Ranger – Junior NCO
- Master School Ranger – Company Grade Officer / Senior NCO
- School Ranger Director – Field Grade Officer (includes Director of School Safety Certification)

Director of School Safety Qualification
Strategic Safety Leadership
Awarded to: School or district-level leaders responsible for implementing and sustaining a district-wide culture of safety.

- Completion of the Director of School Safety Certification
- Expertise in mission command, emergency action planning, and inter-agency coordination
- Operational leadership without tactical training requirement
